UJONG PANCU TOURISM

                Aceh Besar is one of the districts in Aceh province which has many interesting tourism.  In each destination has their own interesting way. One of the interesting place in Aceh Besar is located in ujung Pancu, Peukan Bada Aceh Besar. Ujong pancu is the one of beautiful tourism site that located in Aceh, it can be reach 20 until 25 minutes from Banda Aceh. In this Ujong Pancu we can find beautiful beach, and we can go to Lambadeuk to visit “ Embung Lambadeuk Rumen” and visit Lhok Mata Ie.

               Second,  we can find beatiful, shallow, and black sand beach. it called  Lhok Mata Ie site. Since this site booming some years ago, many of tourist are come to visit it and make sure the beauty of this place. For you who love hiking  Lhok Mata Ie is a good choice. To arrive at the beach you have to climb about half  hour.

                Third, we can visit a historical tourism that is “Indrapurwa Mosque” .This mosque was built on debris of hindus kingdom in thousand years ago. This mosque has  a lot of history of serambi mekkah. This historical site was one of the old mosque in Aceh provience.

Indrapurwa is one of three hindus’ kingdom has authority in  Aceh before Islam glory in Aceh. Two  others are Indrapatra  that located in Ladong and Indrapuri at indrapuri subdistric that’s why it is called “ Aceh Lhee sagoe” because the location of three historical sites are triangle.
